In your first session with your personal trainer you will set attainable, results-driven goals. In order to reach your goals, you will schedule a realistic routine and create a plan to combine cardio and strength training workouts.

WORKOUT

You will begin working out with your personal trainer and learn how to use equipment, proper exercise techniques, and avoid common exercise mistakes. Trainers will walk you through several types of workouts to help you reach your goals. You will also learn the techniques necessary to prevent injury and maintain lean muscle mass.
